    Fee to be negotiated. Acceptable payment methods include cashier's check, money order, or cash. No personal checks are accepted.

             Deposits are due at time of contract signing in the acceptable payment method and are non-refundable.

    Event Cancellation notification must be given at least seven (7) days prior to event to avoid additional charges.

    Event Organizer will be solely responsible for 75% of total payment due if cancellation is received within (less than) 7 days prior to event.

 

Event Organizer will be solely responsible for any damage, directly or indirectly, to the Elevations Sound System equipment resulting from the event facility, by event participants, or event location.
